Doctor Halper & Associates is an Out of Network Provider. Prior to your appointment, we can help you determine your out of network benefits. Upon completion of your assessment we will provide you an itemized receipt of services for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
We tailor our assessment batteries to fully address your particular concerns in an efficient and cost effective way. The following represent the average cost of the different kinds of assessments we offer. Your assessment may cost more or less depending on the time it takes to address your specific concerns.

The prices below represent the typical cost of different kinds of assessments before insurance reimbursement:
Clinical Re-evaluation/ Update - $750
Includes administration of brief IQ and/or behavioral rating scales for update on current functionality, review and update of medical and/ or educational records, updated written report, and feedback.
Cognitive Abilities Assessment for GT, APP, Private School Admission- $900
Includes IQ test, clinical interview, review of educational records/ medical history, written report, and feedback.
ADHD Assessment- $1050
Includes clinical interview and review of medical and educational records as necessary, IQ test, test of sustained attention, structured interview of ADHD symptoms, written report and feedback.
Psychoeducational Assessment for diagnostic reasons (i.e. Learning Disability, Developmental Delay, visual-motor or processing disorder, etc.)- $1800
Includes clinical interview and review of medical and educational records as necessary, IQ test, test of sustained attention, structured interview of ADHD symptoms, written report and feedback.
Personality Testing - $1350
Includes objective and projective measures of personality, a clinical interview, review of medical/ educational records and history, written report, and feedback.
Psychoeducational Assessment for diagnostic reasons (i.e. Learning Disability, Developmental Delay, visual-motor or processing disorder, etc.)- $1800
Includes IQ test, test of academic achievement, attention, and other cognitive processes as necessary, clinical interview, behavioral observations, review of educational/ medical records and history, written report, and feedback.
Comprehensive Psychological Assessment- $2400
Includes full assessment of cognitive, personality, and behavioral functioning, a clinical interview, review of all relevant medical and educational records, written report, and feedback.
Forensic Psychological Assessment- $2850
Includes full clinical assessment of cognitive, personality, and behavioral functioning, mental status, clinical interview, review of all relevant medical, educational, occupational, and legal records, written report, and, if applicable, feedback.
Expert Testimony: $150 an hour
